This week many of the Christian Faith were dismayed to hear the allegations that Bishop Eddie Long has been accused of sexually abusing or chorusing 4 young men into sexual acts. Bishop Long pastors the very large New Birth Missionary Church in Lithonia, GA. Bishop Long has been very vocal in condemning homosexuality, another reason this allegation is so staggering. The pictures released that appear to show Bishop Long taking a picture of himself displaying his physique in a manner you would send to someone you are interested in fuels the speculation that these accusations may carry merit. This is yet another scandal to hit a man in a position of Moral Power. BKS will discuss this scandal and other scandals from Entertainers, Politicians, and Religious Leaders. Violence in our streets, What are you willing to do to help?

The out cry is being heard Nationwide "Peace in the Streets". The violence that plagues many big cities is creeping pass the city gates and into surrounding communities. How have we gotten so far away from teaching our kids good values? How did we get here?
Is it the lack of fathers in the home or parents that have to work long hours to keep a roof over the family's head? Parents allow television and music to have more influence in a child's life than they do. Have parents checked out of rearing their children and given the responsibility to babysitters, grandparents and sometimes the system?
What will it take for this nation to stop the political rambling and self-interest, to devise a plan that will end despair and give hope so people are not in a place where a violent act is their only option to survive? What will you do to stop the violence in your community? If we don't act where will we be in 5 years, 10 years, 20 years? The educational system in this country should by far be the best, but in major cities and urban areas the school system is failing to educate, is the fail in the educations system to blame?
